I would describe this as a "shell." It is missing most stickers. It looks like the only sticker left is the black/yellow stripe above the cockpit that is extremely faded.
It is missing I think all of the accessories/attachments that originally came with this vehicle. (A.K.A. the "Detachable Plasma Cannon","Deep Space High Performance Power Pack", "Heat-Sinking Missile Clusters" all appear to be missing. )
The inside of the cockpit looks to be in good condition with stickers intact.
