It's very difficult to read and I apologize for the poor photos, but from the research I have done, I found out that this pin belonged to someone with the initials J.E.W. I also found the Greek symbol Gamma and Zeta on the back which means it belonged to someone from the University of Illinois. The only member from that period with those initials was James E. Waddell. So I assume that is who this pin belonged to.
I also noticed a pearl is missing, so I can drop the price a little bit more.
