Signed first edition, first printing hardcover copy of The Poppy War by R. F. Kuang (Harper Voyager, 2018). Book one in the beloved historical fantasy series of the same name. Signed and inscribed by Kuang on half title page. Very rare true first edition, made even more special by the autograph of the author. Jacket is protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some mild rubbing to faces and slight shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. Binding is firm and spine is fairly straight. Front endpaper appears to have been glued down a bit off-center, but does not appear to affect the structure of the book at all (see last photo). Text block tanned a bit on outer edges, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
