I met Neith when she would bike to our salon in Coral Gables Fl and sell her acrylic canvas art back in 1998.
Neith Nevelson, was born 24 July 1946, New York City to father, Mike Nevelson who was a sculptor and her mother, Susan Nevelson an artist and textile designer. Neith is the eldest of 3 children and also the granddaughter of the Russian-born artist Louise Nevelson, who became famous for her unusual sculptures often made from recycled materials.
This painting is worth way more than my asking price. You can either sell it for a lot more, or keep it and own a famous artist’s painting.
This original painting can with stay framed, or I can remove the frame and you’ll receive the canvas.
