The backpack pouch holds the bed set. The 2nd and 3rd pics show the sheets design. The 4th and 5th pic are the images of the comforter. The comforter is reversible. The 1 side has images of Elsa and Anna all over it, the other is a pattern design that I thought was pretty (which is the main reason I bought it). The pillow is just a pillow. It isn't firm or heavily stuffed, though I think you could easily seam rip 1 side and add extra stuffing then just sew it back up. The sleeping bag is a child's sleeping bag. There is a zipper on the side. To give you a size comparison, I used the sleeping bag as a body pillow cover and just wadded up the extra width under the pillow against the wall.
Everything is in great condition. I didn't notice stains.
