Built on online double conversion technology, it isolates connected loads from power disturbances and keeps both voltage and frequency within tight limits.

The hardwired input connects directly to high capacity electrical panels, and the hardwired output can feed distribution panels or the included PowerPass Distribution Module that steps power down from 208 V to 120 V for mixed-voltage racks. Because the unit produces a true sine wave with a 0.9 power factor, sensitive electronics perform exactly as they were designed, even during brownouts, surges, or generator switchover.

Hot swappable batteries use Eaton ABM technology to extend service life, and you can add up to four external battery modules when longer runtime is needed for graceful shutdowns or extended outages. A rotating LCD gives local technicians instant access to load levels, battery health, and configuration menus, while the included Gigabit Network Card enables remote monitoring, alerts, and automated shutdown across multiple servers.

Thanks to ENERGY STAR certification, the 9PX6KP2 carries out its protection duties without excessive heat or wasted power.
