The ASUS ZENWIFI BD4 1PK is a Wi-Fi 7 mesh module that delivers next generation speed and dependable coverage to homes and small offices. It can operate as the main router or as an additional node, so you can start with one unit and expand your network when more range is needed.
With combined wireless throughput of up to 3.6 Gb/s across the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, the module supports 160 MHz channels, MU-MIMO, 4096-QAM, and Multi-Link Operation. Four internal antennas automatically direct the signal, providing strong performance without the visual clutter of external fins.
A 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 512 MB of RAM keep latency low even when video calls, cloud backups, and online gaming take place at the same time. Two autosensing 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports add flexibility: connect a multi-gig internet service, plug in a high-speed desktop, or create a wired backhaul between mesh nodes for rock-solid stability.
The free ASUS Router app guides you through setup in minutes. From the same dashboard you can create up to three SSIDs to separate smart-home devices from work or guest traffic, enable WireGuard or site-to-site VPN, and activate AiProtection Pro with parental controls to help secure every device on the network.
