Westerwald, I presume. Very nice Cobalt Blue Salt Glazed design. This piece may possibly have had a lid, there is a small bump on the handle where I believe it may have attached. Not positive on this, but possibly.
Absolutely beautiful, coming from an excellent estate of a professional couple that traveled often.
