I purchase this brand new laptop for my wife to use in 2017. she never used it. she claims she forgot how to use it. i said your kidding? so what did you do as a admin secretary? using a computer is like riding a bike you don't forget. were you under the desk the whole time? as i put the laptop down on the table my granddaughter decided to scratch the top of the laptop. see photo of the minor scratches.
